Midway [8]is a neighborhood which derives its name from being midway between the downtowns of Minneapolis and Saint Paul.[17] The Midway neighborhood includes the Twin Cities only passenger rail terminal Midway (Amtrak station), Hamline University, as well as “Midway Center”, one of inner-city Saint Paul’s key shopping districts.[18][19] Famous Midway natives include Peanuts cartoonist Charles M. Schulz and the band Heiruspecs.[20] [21]
