9th St. Lofts

The 9th Street Lofts are located in Lowertown at 225 East 9th St., St Paul, MN 55101 in the award-winning Wacouta Commons neighborhood in Saint Paul on the corner of Sibley and 9th.  This TRUE loft renovation project won the 2003 Builder Magazine Builders Choice Grand Award.
