The Airye Condominiums are within the 46 story Jackson Tower which is conveniently located at 168 6th StEast in the Lowertown district of downtown Saint Paul.  The building is a 46-story, skyway connected tower that was originally part of the Galtier Plaza mixed-use re-development project located adjacent to the always inviting and picturesque Mears Park.

There are 101 condominium units in the upper 21 floors of the building which range in price from the mid-$200,000s to more than a million dollars.  The lower half of the building are rental units know as the Towers of Galtier Plaza. The building was built in 1984 and the average cost per square foot is $206.
