City Walk Condos

The City Walk Condominiums building is a 16 story high-rise building built in the early 1980′s that is located at 66 East 9th Street in downtown Saint Paul.  The City Walk was the first condo building to be connected to the downtown skyway system. The building has a range of condos, from studios all the way to a few rare three bedroom homes.  The building has a strong association and professional management company.

There are almost 250 units  and 9 levels of contract parking available to residents.  It contains a mixture of studios, one, two and three BedRoom units, has A community pool, exercise room and sundeck.  One mentionable feature is that some of the top floor units actually have wood burning fireplaces, which is rare in a downtown condo building.

The monthly association dues include air conditioning, exterior building maintenance, cable TV, hazard insurance, heat, outdoor property maintenance, professional building management, sanitation, security staff, other shared amenities, snow removal and lawn care, as well as, water and sewer.  The City Walk is located at 66 9th St E, St. Paul, 55101 and has easy access to both 35E and I-94.
