As a Saint Paul Realty agent you have four options for compensation:
$99.00 a month for a 90/10 commission split .
$49.00 a month for a 80/20 commission split.
$250.00 a month for a 100% commission split.
$200.00 per agent for teams of two or more at 100% commission split.
Broker admin fee is $375.00 per transaction to be paid by the agent or their client at closing.
How to Start Your New Career With Us
Call us and talk with our Broker who will help you every step of the way in attaining your Realtor® license.
Take the required three 30 hour courses of classroom licensing through Prosource and pass the state and national licensing exams.
Let our staff help you process the necessary paperwork through the Dept of Commerce to get you up on running.
